Fresh free-range eggs, 100% Italian sugar, Marsala. This is the recipe straight from the traditional kitchens of Italy.

Alberto Marchetti, master gelatiere, decided to jar up the zabagione (eggnog) he has always used for affogato.

The Zabà project originates from the Tower of the Hermitage in Pecetto (TO), alongside a group of differently-abled individuals.

How to enjoy our dairy free eggnog:

After 3 hours in the freezer, it becomes a delicious spoonable dessert. Warm, it’s excellent with biscuits and cakes, also great to drink. Just remove the cap and heat it gently in a bain-marie or microwave. At room temperature, it’s perfect for swirling into ice creams or enriching creams and whipped cream.
