Italian White Truffle – Magnatum Pico


Regarded as the world’s most exclusive truffle, the white truffle (Tuber Magnatum) owes its prestige to its rare and brief availability during the months of September through December. Its unparalleled allure stems from both its incredible and spectacular aroma, making it a culinary treasure found in the wild.

Truffles are a fresh product and we aim to get them to you as fast as possible. They are only available from October to December; the end of the season being determined by the weather.

To ensure you have the freshest possible truffles, we do not hold any stock but will supply them when we next gather any – usually every Tuesday or Wednesday (in the season). This means in general; we do not send out truffles on the day that they are ordered. If you require them for a specific date, please order well in advance and put the details in the “Order notes” at the checkout.




White Truffles bless us with their presence during a brief season, which varies from year to year. Typically, one can relish their aroma from October/November to the end of December/beginning of January, depending on the climatic conditions of the region.

Upon revealing these esteemed truffles, you’ll find a light brown flesh adorned with intricate marbling. Immerse yourself in the magnificence of White Truffles by finely slicing or shaving them over a dish of your choosing, such as pasta or risotto.

Each foraged truffle generally retains its charm for 5-7 days when stored correctly. For optimum enjoyment, we recommend consuming them within 3 days of receiving these freshly harvested treasures.
