B Wine Club Membership Rules

Membership Terms and Conditions:

Membership and Admission:

a. Membership is open to individuals aged 21 years or older.

b. Prospective members may apply for membership by submitting a completed application form.

c. The club reserves the right to accept, decline or revoke membership at its discretion.

d. The B Wine Club membership is non-transferable and is intended for the registered member’s personal use only.

Code of Conduct:

a. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members and club staff.

b. Responsible drinking is encouraged, and members should be mindful of their alcohol consumption.

Wine Tasting Events:

a. The club will organize regular wine tasting events, featuring different types of wines from various regions.

b. Members are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences during wine tasting sessions.

Membership Dues and Fees:

a. Members are required to pay £500 annual membership dues to maintain their active status.

b. Additional fees may apply for special events, guest invitations, or exclusive wine selections.

c. Members of partner organizations (FICUK) are eligible for a 10% discount on their annual membership. 

To encourage the participation of wine enthusiasts who are still be studying or starting their careers we offer a Membership Discount for Members Under 25:

a. Members who are under the age of 25 are eligible for a 20% discount on their annual membership dues.

b. Proof of age may be required to avail of this discount.

c. The discount will be applied during the membership registration or renewal process.

Guests:

a. Members are allowed to bring one guest to club events, subject to prior notification and availability.

b. Guests must adhere to the club’s rules and may be asked to pay a guest fee.

Club Communications:

a. The club will communicate with members through email newsletters or other designated channels.

b. Members are encouraged to participate in discussions and provide feedback to improve the club’s activities.

Membership Cancellation:

a. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the club.

b. Membership dues are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property:

a. Members are not allowed to use club logos, branding, or intellectual property for personal or commercial purposes without permission.

Liability:

a. The club will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during club events.

b. Members are responsible for their actions and safety during club gatherings.

Amendments to Rules:

a. The club reserves the right to modify or amend these rules as deemed necessary, with prior notice to the members.
